I received excellent service in February, 2012 when trying to purchase cupcake toppers. Nowhere else on the web had cupcake picks for the football team that I wanted. I received a phone call and they were able to help me out immediately!!

I tried to order an item from this company online, and through a fault in the ordering process it ordered twice. Then I needed to cancel the order because the item would not work for the project. Every email back and forth between myself and "customer service (not)" was condescending towards me, and instead of just saying "sorry for the misleading ordering process" I was blamed and made to feel like I was at fault for the error they created. I have ordered online thousands of times, I'm not new at this. This may be a great business, but website ordering and customer service are absolutely HORRIBLE. I don't suggest using either!

I agree with E Stevens. I too had customer service issues with them they are rude and lack people skills. They even blocked my account without telling me why. I know because I had a friend order something on my computer using her email address and it went through but when I tried to place the same order it kept ejecting it. POOR BUSINESS MANAGEMENT!
