Rick is a jack of all trades and you should see him when he drives your home on his BIG RIG, he has a big smile on his face also in the setting up of your new home and believe me, he can get your 2 halves (if you purchase a double-wide) lined up to perfection. My double wide was less than 1/4" apart; which is almost impossible to beat. The friendliness of Houck Homes and all the staff is remarkable.
