Yoga classes for every experience level. Hatha yoga. Individual attention to your special issues. `We teach yoga for stress relief and wellness. We accommodate students who have back, knee, shoulder or other issues or are pregnant. Athletes benefit from our classes. We have classes for all experience levels. Yoga improves the balance between strength and flexibility, it increases endurance and focus. We teach relaxation, meditation and breath control. Learning to focus, relax and increase breath capacity helps improve overall health and reduce the effects of stress. You get to know yourself and how to make changes, improve posture and begin to modify your reflex to react to stress. We end each class with a guided relaxation.
