I don't know why it took me so long to find these guys, but they are the best! I have used three other processors in the past few years for my steers and hogs and have been disappointed in one way or another with each of them. Golden Triangle was a breath of fresh air - literally! The plant is clean, the people are pleasant and it is a well organized and efficient process to deliver and pick up your product. The meat was beautifully packaged with printed labels on each piece. My boxes were well organized and my order was exactly as I placed it. That is, with some educated input from the butcher.
