arthur mott sucks. DO SOMETHING ABOUT 76 S BERGEN PLACE; FREEPORT. Take more pride in all your properties. Stop just letting any kind of low life in your buildings just to tear them down and then you dont want to do anything to fix it up. do the simple things like plant flowers, trees and keep it clean and keep the elevators running on a regular basis. STOP hiding behind your NASTY nobody receptionist in your office and STOP lying. Monitor the Building more and you will see certain messed up tenants you let in are throwing garbage all over the front lawn, when you witness this , immediately EVICT them. Thats my recommendation to you MR. Arthur.
