I WOULD NOT RECOMMENT DECKARD & SONS TREE SERVICE TO ANYONE!! They do not complete there job they started even with a contract. NOT very PROFESSIONAL at all. they DO NOT return calls, they DO NOT let you know anything. you call to see when they are going to finish there job they started and tim yells that you woke him up and he has a doctors appt. so call to let the person know you will not be out. NOT JUST DONT SHOW UP ANY MORE, AND HANG UP ON PEOPLE. VERY BAD BUISNESS TO LEAVE YOU HANGING, WONDERING IF YOU ARE GOING TO RETURN, THEN TELL THE CUSTOMER YOU WILL NOT BE BACK OUT. They SUCK bad BUISNESS.

They started a job for my father, claimed hardship and needed paid with a promise to return to complete. They DID NOT return to complete the job and were paid in full $950. My 82 yr old father has called them repeatedly, at first he got another promise to return by these scam artists but after that, they won't even return the phone call. DISGUSTING WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS and SHAMEFUL TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY
