Drew Blackstone the owner of this company... Conquest one DBA: Apexx Veterinary equipment and Leading Edge Veterinary equipment is a world class straight faced liar and has zero credibility. Be careful when dealing with this master con man.

Bought a used vital sign monitor in June. Monitor arrive dirty but functional except for the respiratory sensor because it gave barely any or inaccurate readings. Contacted them few days after to report defective sensor and ask for replacement. They said they will get back to me. After waiting an ENTIRE MONTH with no response I called again and finally got in touch with someone who would follow up. We agreed to pay for shipping to have them look at and repair the sensor. The sensor that we had never used as it didn't work out of the box. Not only did they assess the wrong part, but when we corrected them they said that it was our fault it was damaged and they would not repair or replace anything. They proceed to hold our unit hostage unless we pay them private shipping fees to send it back. We had even purchased extended warranty for our unit but now knowing how garbage their warranties are we basically threw away money. They will do anything to avoid helping you and get out of warranties. They insist they test everything before sending it out but I swear they just plugged it in and checked if it turned on. They must have saw a number and though "Oh it works" even though the readings are inaccurate if there in the first place. Apexx does not care about their customers or making amends. I should have trusted the other reviews and avoided this company. Would give zero stars if I could.
