Out patient private psychotherapy practice in Exton. We specialize in treating Adolescents and Young Adults. The Adolescent Connection was created by Shelli Barbush, M.Ed. 14 years a go. Our philosophy is that adolescents and young adults require an acute understanding of their social, emotional, and psychological development, as well as the specific issues that face youth today. We believe that therapy with this population can only be effective if the adolescent wants to be there. Areas of specialty: Cutting, eating disorders, mood disorders, family divorce issues, sexual abuse, ajustment disorders, peer conflicts, building a stronger sense of idenity and self worth, to name a few.
