I've been shopping regularly and periodically there is a mature European American female that is difficult. This women creates narrative in her head and spends time apologizing to the customer about a complaint they Never made! Today I purchased some snacks crackers that were priced different. I noticed the mature lady rang up all the same. I asked the question. Are they priced different because of a close out date? This lady got an attitude and went into explanation overdrive and began apologizing over and over and over again. I'm trying to count my money and am distracted by the bombardment. I gently said, it's not a big deal I was just curious. I return back to counting my money and put the dollars down by my purse to count the change. I was going to hand the money to her once done. She takes the money while I'm counting! And another bombardment of apologies and assumptions. At this point I'm so annoyed I just simply am quiet. She begins gossiping about me to another European American female who's overweight. As I'm standing there in the camera is clearly can see everything around this woman is saying that I'm being aggressive I'm being mean in some kind of way and I didn't even open my mouth but once. I wouldn't mind shopping here but maybe certain staff members would be better suited in different departments
