Rookie driver was sent out who didn't even know how to add water to the mix and wasted the 45 minute gap between trucks thus causing the entire slab to set before it could be fully finished . Owner was rude and refused to take any responsibility including giving me a partial refund. I'm now stuck spending more to fix the slab. Not to mention their sub-par product. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
