On april 13, 2013, MaryAnn and I (Aaron Davis) had decided to have dinner together at the Fatz Cafe located on 942 East Main Street in Lexington SC. Upon entering the cafe we were greeted by a very friendly host named Nancy, she seated us and informed us that Rachel would be our waitress and would be with us shortly. We were then approached by our waitress (Rachel) which was very kind and very informative of your menu and specials of the day, she went ahead and took our drink orders as MaryAnn and I looked over the menu. As Rachel left our table to get the drink orders I remarked to MaryAnn about how nice our waitress Rachel and hostess Nancy was. Rachel had made her way back to our table with our drinks then continued to take our food orders. Rachel was a very sweet, pleasant, compasionate and attentive waitress the entire time we were there. I noticed a nice gentleman cleaning some tables off that i had seen in there before, to be honest i thought he might be the owner just by his dimeanor. I gently yelled out "excuse me sir" he turned toward me as i directed for him to come over to our table. The gentleman which goes by the name (Chief) comes over to our table, I start telling him about our wonderful experience we have had from the moment we walked in the door. I also wanted him to know what a GREAT job our waitress Rachel had done for MaryAnn and myself. Chief then sat down with us for a few moments and thanked us for complimening the employees. He then explained to us that he was not the owner but he was in charge of public relations. I have to say, you could not have picked a better man for the job. MaryAnn and i had the most pleasant experience in your cafe and will definately be returning. I will also make sure that I tell everyone that i know how great your cafe is and how compasionate the customer service is. It also seems to be a pleasant environment to work.. Before i get off i would also like to mention the regional manager Mike which whom i was introduced to by Chief as we were talking. Mike is also a wonderful person and i can see why everyone there is so great........Thank You, Aaron Davis

I love this cafe and the staff. I have never felt so welcome as I did when I went there for the first time today. We were greeted at the door by Chief and shown to our table. When we explained that it was the first time for us he proceded to explain about the menu. He had the waitress bring us a sample of calabash chicken which was the best I've ever had. Elayne was our waitress and she did a wonderful job taking care of us. After our meal Chief proceded to give us a free dessert. The staff could not be better and we will be back soon.
