I would never recommend this bus company to anyone. We have to use them because they are paid by the School District of Philadelphia to take our kids to school. I have had several problems personally with them not showing up to pick up our kids at the bus stop TWICE in the last week and when I called to discuss it, the dispatcher was rude and unhelpful. Apparently his position is that a substitute bus driver has no responsibility to drive around the block to get to the children's bus stop when a road is closed for construction and he also has no responsibility to let the school or the parents know that the children will not be picked up. Apparently, the dispatcher from Leahy (dave) thinks its acceptable to leave 2 seven year olds, a six year old, and 8 year old and a 9 year old stand at a bus stop for over an hour twice is 8 days with no apology offered and no responsibility taken.
