I can’t believe that I found a professional and caring hardwood flooring company here in Milwaukee. I called Royal Wood Floors to check the rates and especially the options they had for flexible scheduling around my work schedule needs. The customer service staff went out of their way to work me into their busy schedule. No matter how many times I called to make sure that they split the schedule in two processes for my work schedule, they always picked up their phone and they arrived right on time, each time, and finished right on schedule. Hire them! They really are the best!

I had interviewed three companies before I hired Royal Wood Floors, and I am very pleased with my decision. The hardwood floors in our living room had undergone a lot of wear and tear, so refinishing them was not an easy job. However, Royal Wood Floors was up to the task, and we love the finished product.

I adore old homes, but I didn't have the necessary equipment and expertise to restore and coat our floors. Royal Wood Floors refinished the flooring in five rooms in our house.
