Tim has failed and poor communication practices, which I unfortunately experienced during consultation... He was very rude and snobby... and tried to make me feel inferior for not understanding his trades jargon. Someone needs to teach him how to effectively LISTEN and COMMUNICATE to the people he truly hopes to help. Worst experience I have ever had.

they charge to much for SIMPLE repairs. i took them somewhere else n they did what i wanted. $75 for a down payment on EACH item? then $120 and hour?? REALLY 4 turntables cost me close to $800 !! NEVER AGAIN.

They charged me $140 to take plastic card out from under one of the keys on my keyboard without calling me to tell me that's all that was wrong with it. I spoke to the owner and he clearly does not care about his customers. Be prepared to get hosed if you go there
