I've done some research about the Michael Unit in Tennessee Colony TX only to find out how disturbing it is for the Parole Board to grant very few and far in between release. I this facility is over crowed and consumed by greed. I believe that offender should pay for crimes that they have committed. However, I also believe in second chances. The low percentage rates this facility has is outrages. I plan on doing alot more investagation in this matter. And drawing alot of publicity to this facility...
