I purchased a package of your sushi at Costco Iwilei for the second time and found that the rice was very hard. It appears that your product is not fresh and I was very
dissapointed and will not purchase this product again.

like Earle, I experienced the sushi to be hard and dry or mushi.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried them on three different occasions but the most recent, this weekend, the sushi was hard.
The quality of the product has gone bad. Will not give them a chance again.
