If I may give 0 stars I would. I was employed here as a GM for 87 days. They let me go! Not based on performance for sure. Was it race? Was it age? No clue. Took over a dealership in Prince George VA. Did really well. Worked bell to bell 6 days! No HR response. Dean, so called regional mgr thought he knew everything. Christian organization apparently. I'm not one of them apparently, I am Hindu! We believe in karma. I bought my family here from Florida, spent over 10000 to get here. Gave me false hope with no direction or explanation. If you are thinking to ever come aboard this company, I would never advise it! Don't believe anything they say that they stand for or believe in!!! Worst company ever and they will leave you on the street and I don't think Christians believe in that! They do
