The surrounding neighborhood is filled with drug activity. The staff commonly takes advantage of the residents. Units are in poor repair. Property Management is untrained and indifferent to necessary care for the individuals living there. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wanted to improve the quality or length of their life. It has been my observation that there is a 25-30% mortality rate from among their residents. For a “transitional residence” there are some that have lived there since it opened in 2000. It panders to affluent addicts.
