I was really hoping to find an email address for your corporation or Andrew Mack or anyone in charge. I hope this doesn't fall on deaf ears I am an avid tea lover and was so excited when I saw your strore go in at fashion place mall in Salt Lake City Utah. I am interested in EVERYTHING this store has to offer and probably would have purchased everything in the store either for myself and/or gifts, but was so completely disappointed after I left store. The salespersn that helped me was A. Adeshola at store #210 and when I walked in i planned on trying some of your teas to bring home. When I left I felt like I had been swindled for unnecessary items. No matter what I said I wanted she was determined to give me more I am guessing for higher sales. I asked for 1/4 lb of Rock Sugar she proceeded to give me a lb I saw other customers walking out with bags of loose leaf tea. She put mine in 2 different tins I didn't ask for them she didn't offer, I didn't need them I only bought 3-5 oz. of tea. I thought they were free until I got my receipt and relized she charged me $7 a piece for them. I went in there excited to try some new tea expecting to pay $15-$20 intead I had a $68 receipt, and though financially this wasn't a big dent for me, I was planning on purchasing a couple of your beautiful iron tea sets. I was so shocked that she was dishonest and nickel and diming me for such silly items. That I don't want to go back. [email protected]
