Frank and his wife Donna gave me, a struggling, single mom, a job selling their product. They were so nice and told me that I didn't have to worry about pressuring people or quotas. They also told me I was bound to be successful if I just did what they told me. Well, I did exactly as they said and worked my butt off, spending gas and money on sitters to drive all over the state of New Jersey. I even put money out, just $20, for a gift certificate for a presentation I was doing. When I didn't close the deal, I was told to turn in my machine and pick it up almost an hour away each time I had a presentation, which forced me to quit. I wish I could say that was the worst of it, but then I was not even given my 20 dollars because, even though I informed Frank I had no gas or money, he said I had to collect all the boxes around the county and deliver them to him FIRST. Then, I go to file taxes, only to find out they purposely filed in a way that COST me money to work for them. And these are devout Christians?! Shameful. Absolutely despicable! You might as well take the food right out of my eight year old's mouth.

I've owned my Rainbow cleaning system since the early 1990's and it's still going strong! I've had other vacuums and they were good for about 3 weeks and them my house would smell like a dirty shoe and the dust increased all over. I would never use anything else and neither should you!
The owners are the nicest people you could meet! Very genuine and the customer service is like no other. AmyBB
