I have and still am having the worst experience with an owner ever. When ordered means talking to the manufacture for 5 mins costs you 25% of an order that was never placed and cancelled prior to being placed and you are Not entitled to your full refund is just bad business. How can you tell me to refer to my contract when you Lorraine wont even follow your own contract.
