This summer the A/C went out while we were on a family trip; two adults, two kids under age five and two dogs in a loaded SUV. It was over a hudred degrees out on a holiday weekend and Merritt's Auto was the only shop that would take us. We pulled right up and Kris stopped what he was doing to help us out. After investigating and checking the coolant levels he did the simple fix of cooling down the A/C unit with some water from a hose. We were on our way in less than ten minutes with full A/C... and he didn't charge us a dime - not even an hourly rate. I am tempted to drive to Hopwell for all my auto maintainence needs.
