Best company service I have ever experienced! I have owned their products since 1979. They responded very quickly to my requests. I absolutely love their products and service.

BUYER BEWARE!! I continue to have problems with your company. I spoke with a customer service rep last week. She was very apologetic and assured me the parts that I needed would be in the mail. Guess what! it did not happen. All I wanted was an upgraded head w/ replacement bulb ( I was willing to pay for it ) for the WLS 2000 your website still shows the older light and the newer replacement bulb that does not fit. I had a technician call me 3/21 ( a week after I was told the parts would be mailed out ) and after trying to explain what I needed he asked me to send a picture! How difficult is it to send an upgraded head assembly! I have used Lyman products for many years (25+ years ) but that time has come to an end. I will be sending a letter to your President J Mace Thompsonn your CMO Rick Ranzinger as well Karen Griffin of sales expressing my dissapointment over your products. I am saddened over the fact that a company that has been in business over 34 years has such poor customer service, especially in the current economy. You should also know I am taking my business to competitor that has a better product... more importantly customer service and support Respectfully Al Tomlinson
