We have a vision for a finished product before we start. We take the time with the customer to explain all parts of the job and where changes could be made to save them money and also any possible items such as ledge or ground water that could cost them money. Also we take into account the customers future plans such as sizing a septic system and planning for possible future additions, or positioning the house correctly for a sun room, These types of planning can only be accomplished if a full service site company is used or a general contractor. Being a full service company we would be responsible that every thing from the footings up was installed properly at or above code. We also take the time to compact everything in layers that requires compaction. Care is taken to be sure all septic systems are installed at or above state code. Proper material is used under all slabs, driveways and septic areas. Are goals are to give the customer a well planned out and correctly accomplished finished product that will last for years. After all no one wants to have to repair a septic a few years down the road after the yard is all established and landscaped. We work well with others and can work around other contractor schedules for the most part. We have all sizes of equipment from mini excavators to a 65000 lb unit we also have the capability of breaking large rocks if this becomes necessary.
