I Stopped by there a week and a half ago and got a estimate in regards of putting in a remote starter in my automobile. The guy gave me the estimate and I then called them today to see about bringing the car in to get it installed. I spoke with the owner over the telephone and told him about my car, he then told me that it would cost me $135.00 more to put it in. He then asked someone there Did anybody talk to this guy regarding his car??? Everyone there said no. I then told him OK and hung up. When I went there this evening to show him the quote his guys gave me and to get a clarification of why did I receive this and no one talked to me??? He then told me he did not have my remote starter in stock and would not be getting another one. The one that cost me $135.00 more he just put into another car and he had one for over $500.00 that he would put in for me. He was also talking to a Hispanic lady before speaking with me and gave her a $300.00 discount for putting in her remote starter because she also was Hispanic... She told him that we gotta take care of our own and he just laughed the prejudice A HOLE! I thought I would tell him off, but you know what... cause I'm not one of his "Kind" I walked out of the shop and will NOT BE BACK!!! This so called "Honest Dealer" Was PRICE JACKING ME BECAUSE I PISSED HIM OFF!!!!
