Buyer beware!! I had one of the worst possible consumer experiences with Quicksilver. I placed an order weeks ago on their web site. I received an order confirmation and within 2 days they billed my credit card as if all set, product shipped! Two weeks later I still hadn't received my product so I inquired only to receive a (mass mailing) letter telling me they had filled all the phone, mail,& fax orders though yesterday but left the internet orders lag (for 2 weeks!? and kept filling the others though they had already confirmed and billed the web orders!). They were now sold out but had seen some product on ebay which we could buy instead?! How about Quicksilver buying them at twice the price on ebay to fulfill the orders they promised or recoup stock from their distributors and to take care of these already confirmed orders! Instead I received a letter telling me to never order from them again... decades of loyalty... need I say more?
