The employees were very good but the price was outrageous for the work done. I basically only rented 2 fans,1 defumidifier for 5 days and had an extraction of less than 100 gallons. For this service it was over $2400.00. I did all the labor, cleansing to include purchasing the chemicals and disposal of rest of the water in basement. I thought the bill would be approximately $1000 at most. The total labor (not to include drive time per the business) was less than 2 1/2 hours. Equipment rental was a bit much but was over $1300 for the first visit. I am pleased with the workers, I am not pleased with the amount that can charge people. I have called comptetions and it would of been much less, so please do your homework. Just because its an insurance claim, they can get you.
