Their staff is poorly trained and often grouchy with clients, plus they are constatnly leaving, and so they are short-staffed most of the time. They are not concerned with services important to mental health like basic human contact. They actively discourage family involvement, and recommend more restrictive services than the client really needs because it brings in more income.
