I hired James Bottorff for a remodel and he treated me with disrepect from day one. He wouldn't take my phone calls or return them and when I tried to tell him what was wrong with my living room ceiling he dismissed it instantly, all while we were getting a new roof put in, which should have been taken care of at that time, but instead he ignored it and me. Now I have water contained in the living room ceiling. For a contractor to treat the person who hired and paid them with total disrepect is really ignorant and has now created a much bigger problem. I will never hire him again nor should anyone else.
