First real snow of the season and the heat goes out .. I called Raymond's Heating and was Surprised How Quick they responded ¦ Not only was he Affordable { a lot less expensive then the other guy ) but he also took time to explained how not to have the same problems in the future¦ He fixed the heat and the area he worked in was spotless when he was finished … He will be someone I call whenever there is an issue ¦. Avoid this business at all costs if you value your peace of mind and possessions. This guy Ray is a bald head nutcase and probably a drug addict too. I caught him trying to be slick and looking for a way to rip me off by removing some spare copper pipes from the basement of my house after I told him that I did not want pay him to replace my water heater. All it really needed was a minor repair. But he was not happy with just doing the job. He wanted to just steal from me and I am not some old fool. Then he made some very hurtful comments at me being a cheap Jew and ran off down the street. I almost lost my balance and fell on the stairs from all of that. It was so terrible. DO not hire this psyco anti Semite thief.

Raymonds heating worst company ever!!!!! First ray the bold headed owner was nasty to my wife then after he he attached the heating unit to the pipes he left with out finishing the job no onder why this scam artist demands payment first I've contacted the better business bureau and they have a long list of complaints from this pos avoid this man at all cost

We hired ray castellano of raymonds heating to do some oil burner work at oyster bay marine Not only was the work sub standard one of my guys caught him on the job with what appeared to be a glass crack pipe after which he was asked to leave and not come back. I have since seen others bad reviews on this so called company all over the net from yelp the Angie's list save your the trouble hire someone else

hi my name is John McGranne from oyster bay marine center, we hired ray castellano to do work on our oil burner system, mr castellano and his company did horrible work , cost us thousands in repairs and time finding someone competent to finish the job. I would not let him work on my heating system even if it was free this guy and his company have major issues !!!!!.

This guy came to my house to repair my oil burner in middle of night on emergency call. He appeared to be a nice person at first. Then I noticed he was actually breaking a part in order to tell me it would cost more to fix. The problem was just a clogged filter and he was telling me that circulator pump was bad and other parts had to be fixed in order for it to work properly. After telling him wanted to get a second opinion, he got very upset and charged me $450 just to come and check out under the circumstances. I just paid him because was scared for my life and my husband was not home. Don't use this person, as he seemed like a sick person and not a qualified person you can repair. I had to call local police after he left as I was scared for him returning.

hi I hired ray in 2007 this man did the worst work I have ever seen!!!!! he destroyed my oil burner, and also was very nasty, I had to call the police to have him removed from my home after he started a fire while smoking near the oil burner !!! this man and his so called company have been reported to the better business bureau. PLEASE AVOID THIS SO CALLED COMPANY AT ALL COST.
