Richard Garrett has been unfair in his portral of the transaction. He did take some time to review the sound system and both he nor I noted any speaker damage. The exhaust tip was noted as missing after a phone call from him to me as he was returning to his home in New Hampshire with the newly purchased Lexus. I said I would resolve the "tip" problem. Here is a Portion of an email I sent Richard on 12/4/12 before he posted his negative review. **I am sorry that you are not happy right now. If you can realize that the exhaust tip issue can easily be resolved if you will let me take corrective action. Contrary to your claim that I knew that one tip was missing, I did not Know. When you made me aware that one was missing ( a phone call from you on your way home 11/30/12) I said that I would work it out. On Saturday (12/01/12)I asked you to let me know the specifications so we could get a satisfactory replacement. I am still of the mindset to replace the missing tip. The Tips( Your choice) I am Suggesting will work perfectly and look Spectacular.** I am trying to Make Richard Happy But NOT Having a Easy Time of It.
