worse experience ever!!!!! I have been there 2 time and everytime always an issue with the way the deliver the car with additional damages or with electronic parts that they don t works anymore after the repairs. Never again !!!!

I had my car repaired there and they were very professional, did excellent work and had my car to me in a timely manner.

Also a small business owner I know how tough it is to please the public and I must say this bodyshop did satisfy me. The repair is undetectable and the speed was surprisingly quick. The t-shirt they gave me as a gift was a nice way to finish the process. Hats off to the Francis crew!!!

My car was broken into and the glass shop told me I should take my car to Francis for the body work and stereo. They did a very nice job making my car like it was before the brake in. A little bit of a hassle with the insurance company on replacing my stereo but we got it all worked out and it's fine now. I'm very satisfied overall.
