I was A customer of Swims for many years, never had a issue of them not picking up my trash when I had It out until today... I called And asked why they would pick up all my trash... Sandra stated that it was to heavy for them to pick up... even stated that she had "burley men" on the truck, she did not like that I told Her I am A 5foot 1 inch female and can lift the cans no issues, I was Pick them up and dumping them In The wheeled trash cans as I was Speaking to her. She sent over her Field Supervisor to inspect my trash. He pulls up hot and fast drives up on the sidewalk and opens the wheeled trash cans from his truck while talking on the phone I heard Him say that the one didn't have a bar in it. I told Him I have A bar and would place it in the can if that would make it to where they would pick up my trash. He was rude and started to argue with me then starts to drive off . A bystander try's to talk to him and calm things down and he say "F$&@ you" to him as he drives off. I then proceed to call her back and she states that I am At fault when pushed to ask if they were going to pick up the trash, she got even ruder with me. At this point I told Her to send my credit back to me for my services that are prepaid and I will Find another business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!
