As part of a settlement agreement, Mr. Elias was hired to engineer and oversee the installation of a driveway. Well the driveway failed after 2 months. Mr. Elias was part of the former George Torrello & Son in Essex, CT (I used G. Torello & Sons in the past). George had the brains and knowledge to fix any problem. Unfortunately, Mr. Torello passed away. I assumed because Mr. Elias worked for him that the job would be done correctly. I guess that was my mistake. George has the brains and knowledge to fix any problem. Obviously, the knowledge died with George.
