I am writing to report the terrible quality and cheapness of a dog toy I purchased. It has your BASE4 Carrollton TX label on it. It consists of a center made like a tennis ball, with a blue and white twisted rope coming out of two sides of the ball. Cost: $2.00. Label says dog will have hours of play and fun. This toy lasted a total of about 10 minutes before the ball shredded. The rope was coming untwisted and lying in pieces all over the floor. I had to take it away from my golden retriever immediately and trash the entire thing. I want a refund on this dog toy and I hope you will manufacture some actual solid toys that are usable for more than a couple minutes. Can certainly tell that this one is made cheaply from inferior materials in China. What a disappointment and a poor reflection on your company as a whole. My dog is your #1 fan!!! He LOVES your soft vinyl play foods.( He has the hot dog, hamburger,donut,and cupcake IF I could find more he would have those too) My ONLY problem is trying to find another HOT DOG, his favorite of them all, he has one thats 2.5-3 years old ( it looks pretty rough now BUT I wouldnt dream of throwing it away, he gets very sad and upset if he cant find it..lol) If theres anyway you could possibly let me know where I could find the Hot Dogs at I would be tied with my dog as being your #1 fan instead of your #2 fan..lol. More Quality Control PLEASE!!! I purchased a set of mini stampers that were made backwards. When you look at the stamp, you can read it. When you stamp it on the paper it's backwards. I'm glad I didn't purchase more than one pack. NOT A FAN

Have tried a lot of different products on my bath tub to ge it clean but nothing worked.Bought a pack of bath and tile eraser form ebase4 at a dollar store,they are wonderful.my tub is whiter and cleaner than ever.
