Better ribs just do not exists in this universe!!! If you are within 3 hours driving time you are close enough to 'swing by' Ziffles for a really great experience!!! Family owned and mostly family staffed so the service you receive will be very personable. Be prepared for a wait, however, as Todd has done an exceptional job at building a client base.... half hour to 45 minutes is the typical wait if you get there at prime time, so plan a early afternoon or after 7:00PM visit.
