Flower properties are horrible indeed! But he will have no shame in putting you in one. Nor will he have any shame in evicting you if you need anything fixed. And everything will need to be fixed! Expect to hear about his children, how he would need to raise the rent if he fixed that, who he has to rent to, I was a senator! and so on. Horrible.

I would beware this business. Horrible conditions of the houses seen, hard to get on the phone, and when confronted about issue, a very unprofessional and rude attitude was taken.
