i will not recommend anyone to this facility.they have a facility in manitowoc, called caring partners assist living.i was in that facility a while ago and i was treated poorly,the mangers of that facility were on their cellphones playing facebook.i have been a cna for 30 yrs and i have never seen people on their cellphones while working.they ignore the residents,eat residents food.i will not let my mother stay there nor my dog.i will be contacting state! when i was there for a tour they had a gentleman fall and blamed it on 3rd shift.how i know this is because i came back there to get papers and the mangers were gone.i feel that if your going to manage a job,then stay off your phones and interact with your clients.Don't be blaming other co workers for what you did.So i hope people that read this please take my recommendation very serious.

do not place your loved one in care partners, country terrace assisted living facilities they do not respect resident rights, they neglect and abuse residents, and treat their employees like garbage they accept residents that require more cares than they are equipped to provide and they are managed poorly. they are all about filling beds and collecting checks not caring for their residents.
