I hired Memaniye for a homebirth. On the day of the birth I called her when I was 4-1-1 as she told me to. She still said it may be a false alarm and told me to call back again in a little while. She will not modify her 4-1-1 protocol even if you test positive for gbs which means by her putting me off, she never would have arrived in time to give me antibiotics. She was 45 min. late for our 1st home visit appointment. She doesn't really seem to get close to her patients. She does not give out her cell phone number. You must call the office and press 2 according to the recording to be able to reach her (try doing that while you are in labor). WhenI realized she wasn't taking me seriously I went to the hospital. I asked her for a partial refund and she indirectly said, "No." When I asked her to clarify that she was saying, "No," she just stopped responding to me.
