Maria Vailakis-Wippick, director/owner of Agape Yoga, had been practicing yoga for 16 years and one day during meditation the quiet voice within her suggested she become a teacher. She took an intense 200 hour training certification at the Kripalu Yoga Center for Health in 2003. Maria continues to study yoga and has over 400 hours of training.
