Private instruction and group yoga classes taught in the Kripalu style in Westport, CT and surrounding Fairfield County Maria Vailakis-Wippick, director/owner of Agape Yoga, had been practicing yoga for 16 years and one day during meditation the quiet voice within her suggested she become a teacher. She took an intense 200 hour training certification at the Kripalu Yoga Center for Health in 2003. Maria continues to study yoga and has over 400 hours of training. She opened up the business in Westport because she wanted to share her gift with the community. She teaches all levels and abilities! Agape Yoga offers a space where students can be themselves exactly as they are physically, emotionally, mentally, and energetically.
