Criticism. The first time I went to Vista, I was given a piece of paper stating that funds were due upon receipt. This is understandable. However since going to Vista for lab work that started Jan. 2015 I just received my first bill that has covered my visits since Jan. of 2015 showing I was over 120 days late. What kind of billing is this. I should have received a bill in Jan.. another in another three months another one and again in another three months not one bill covering 10 months. You are messing with people's credit. I do not appreciate this at all. I accepted the fact that I should pay right after services, not after ten months from a statement that shows I am late by 120 days. That's just wrong. I called to find out why I am only now getting a statement and was told that's how .it is done. WHAT? Then I was told not to worry about the late part because we know by the statement date when we billed you and your not really late. Then why send me a bill ten months in the making and trash my credit.
HELP !
I will say the people we deal with at the Dunnellon lab are wonderful. They make you feel very comfortable and are very good at what they do.
