My husband paid half the amount over -contract emailed and agreed upon price. We were told to level our yard prior to them coming out to put the structure up today. It is an hour after they were scheduled to be here. This is the second time the rescheduled on us. We paid to level the yard yesterday so that it would be ready. My husband is a firefighter and had to take the day off work and the company knew this and said they would be out today by 10am. After no one showed up, we called the business and spoke to a female stating that we were still on the schedule for today but that they were running behind becauae they had to go back and fix a previous job. My husband spoke to the owner who said, rudely, he didn't even know about the job or coming out to us. Than he proceeded to cuss my husband out and demand that we were underquoted for the structure and would have to pay about $2000 more since material prices went up. Now they have our check for $1300 and hung up on my husband and said he will not come out and that we won't here from him again. I have contacted our attorney. This is unacceptable. Now when it rains this week we will be out of $700 when the dirt washes off from leveling the yard and still no carport after waiting on superior structures for several weeks. I will also be contacting people in the area about this company.
