I called Wolter Service needing my lawn mower repaired. Mr. Wolter called me back right away and he was here that afternoon to pick up the mower. Once he took a look at it and figured out what the problem was, he called me to let me know and informed me of what the cost would be. When he delivered the mower a few days later, it better than it did the day I brought it home from Home Depot. He even took time to show me various ways to help maintain the mower and he even gave me a few mowing tips. Better yet, it's been about 6-9 months since it was repaired and it still runs just as well.
