RS Solid Surfaces Inc. installed granite countertops in my new construction home. They are not level. Within a week of moving in, I noticed two dark areas near the sink on my granite counter top. They grew over time. I assume it was water penetrating the sealant and staining the granite. I called RS Solid Surfaces 4 times, leaving detailed voicemails with an explanation before they returned my call. They asked me to take photos and email them, which I did, twice. Two weeks after the initial phone call, and 5 phone calls later, I am told that I probably did something to the granite to cause the sealant to fail. I was kept in limbo a few more days. RS Solid Surfaces refuses to send someone to seal it.
