Very dissatisfied. Multiple issues. Can't get them to show up or finish.

I had to get my unit replaced so I googled it and called these guys. They were very punctual and extremely nice thru the entire process they didnt mind the thousand questions I had for the installers. I would reccomend these guys to anyone looking for a geothermal heat pump/water furnace.

Concerned customer, i think you might have ECS Geothermal mixed up with another company? We do not install Climatemaster units. We are a Waterfurance dealer/installer.
