Friendly staff.... read more Useful 1 Funny Cool Shantel S. 03 A moment ago I took my children into the restroom and my 2 year old started to act out and my parenting ways caused the cashier to make a comment behind my back to a customer she was checking out not knowing that customer is my fiance, father to our children, stating DSS should be called on me. Melissa the older African American cashier said those words not knowing who I am from John Smith down the street. Quiet frankly the rudest thing I could have encountered by an employee who works in the customer service field. I will never stop there again as this is our often pit stop choice when traveling. After my fiance shared what she had the audacity to say I walked back in to ask for her name, she asked who's name, I remarked "the one who made the comment", she returned with "oh the DSS comment?" I said, "yes maam" she said, "oh that was me, my name is Melissa" I replied with a thank you, walked out and proceeded into my car to file a complaint as I will not allow someone in customer service think it's OK to make comments to other customers behind a mothers back regarding her children or parenting ways especially when she doesn't know who that individual is or if that individual is already feeling broken from not being able to control her 2 year old sons tantrum in a public restroom. Shame on you Miss Melissa because that wasn't kind at all! But you have a great ma'am!
