Wan was hired to refinish and. Install new hardwood flooring! It looked beautiful at first, but two months later the entire new floor is coming up! The floor is actually popping up! He refuses to come out and fix the work! The refinished floors look beautiful, but the new floors are awful! We have to find someone to come out and fix them! Wan has refused to come out, and fix the work he did! He did not leave space for the floors to expand! He also did not bring the floors Inti the house to acclimate, nor did he lay a barrier underneath the floor! HE REFUSES TO COME OUT AND FIX! I called him several times, and he refuses to come out! I wish this website included pictures! You could see how bad it really is s!!
