Hamilton staff is an absolute joke. They are notorious all over the county for being difficult to work with, rude, snide, impatient, losing faxes, misfiling information. For the last couple of months I have to call at least twice because when I call the person that answers the phone seems to transfer me to a random phone line then when that person has to transfer me again the phone always either rings and then hangs up or someone who answers can't hear me and hangs up. Most of the people answering the phone speak to you as though they have better things to do with their time, very unpersonable. Their policies regarding medical discussions per visit is absurd. Every time I have paper work that needs to be filled out I have to make a separate visit even if I was there the day before. The doctor has to see you for every little thing even if you have had the same issues been seeing the same doctor and had the same specialists for years. There seems to be an extremely high turnover in nurses and it seems that it is a free for all as to who does what. I think that is why they have misplaced so much of my paperwork. Recently they changed my address somehow so all of my appointment notices were going to the wrong address for almost 6 months. If you ask the staff at any Genesee County medical office if they have dealt with Hamilton their responses will all be similar. I would leave but I love my doctor. He is wonderful. Amazing that they are opening even more offices. What a mess.
