Quality design construction with upscale amenities- assisted from start to finish. Very happy with my new home!

Now PRIME Design + Build Group, LLC, Stephen Ploue refuses to address home foundation issues despite written documentation. He has no intention of fixing our home properly and now there are over 100 drywall cracks. The worst crack spans over 20 feet in length. I am sick of unethical people like him avoiding what's required of him by law. This contractor cut corners in building our house and was not properly insured. BEWARE!

I can''t recommend this company as my neighbor purchased a home built by Stephen Ploue which now has major foundation problems just two years later. The builder refuses to address the structural issues despite having substantiation of them by a structural engineer and a shoring company. My neighbor now has to hire an attorney to pursue this matter through legal means while the house sinks further, cracks everywhere and has doors that won't open. What a nightmare!
