BUYER BEWARE!! Very unprofessional, does not have any information on units, and cannot offer any services!! Was very rude and when I asked to compare his company to others in the valley, he became very upset and told me I had no business asking him such questions. Most companies will come out to take pictures of old unit, install area, etc. to ensure a seamless install. He didn't bother to take any precautions and it took several days to get the final install. Cannot recommend.

I was really shocked to read the bad review about Barnes Air Conditioning, I have been using him for about 12 yrs. and have been completly satified every time he comes out, he is the most honest, relaible AC guy I have come across in the valley in 27 yrs. Before I found him I got taken advantage of alot. If it seems like I am taking this personal its because a bad review like this can do alot of damage to a small company and then were left with the large companies that gauge you cause they can. I tell all my friends about him cause I want him to still be in buisness next time I need him. I knoe other people that use him that would tell you the same!
